Founder & CEO

Bryan Wisdom

28 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE             

CREDENTIALS: B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, Master’s in Education from Loyola Marymount University. Author of the book Born to Move and Creator of the Wisdom Movement Method™.

 

Bryan has almost three decades of experience in the health and fitness industry. He spent nearly five years training clients in biomechanics at the Egoscue Method exercise therapy company in San Diego, California. He was certified by the NSCA and has worked with NFL, NBA, and professional golfers. He has assisted clients with postural and biomechanical issues and uses exercise to restore the body to proper function.

 

For over 18 years, he has served the Mooresville- Lake Norman community as owner/operator of Wisdom Movement Method (formerly Fitness Together). During that time, he's built a great staff- “All my exercise therapists go through a very specific training system learning posture and corrective movement. It’s great to see how much of an IMPACT our trainers make in our client’s lives.”

 

In Bryan's free time, he likes to go out on the lake or trail, doing things that make him come alive. His passions include surfing, wakeboarding, SUPing, trail running, and biking.

Exercise Therapist

Hope Llyod

7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

CREDENTIALS: ISSA (International Sports & Science Association) and Pre-Script Nutrition Certification.

​

Hope is a licensed exercise therapist who is dedicated to helping people lose weight, become stronger and gain confidence. For the last seven years her mission has been to help clients cut through the nonsense and untruths social media portrays with their quick fixes and hurtful gimmicks. Her goal is to teach clients the importance of implementing consistent weight training and better food into their daily lives.

​

In her free time, she offers her services to girls and women who are domestic violence and human trafficking survivors in tandem with the state of North Carolina and its direct service providers.

Exercise Therapist

Eric Nieves

2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE             

CREDENTIALS: B.S. in Biology from SUNY Oneonta, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Coach

 

Eric is a personal trainer with a strong focus on functional fitness and injury rehabilitation. With a background in biology and hands-on experience working with physical therapists, his training focuses on helping clients move better, reduce pain, and build lasting strength.

​

He focuses on making training efficient and tailored to each person’s needs, no matter their starting point. His goal is to help clients feel more capable and confident in their everyday lives.

​

Eric competed as a collegiate track athlete at SUNY Oneonta (NY), which helped shape his discipline and understanding of performance. Outside of training, he enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar, SCUBA diving, and spending time outdoors.

Manager & Exercise Therapist

Hunter Kelly

4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE             

CREDENTIALS: B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Certified Personal Trainer from ACSM

​

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, he moved to NC to study Kinesiology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Hunter is a competitive strongman as well as competes in mustache competitions. As a mustache competitor, he won the national championship for the styled handlebar for 2023. Hunter loves helping others achieve their goals in fitness and life.

In his free time, Hunter likes to train for his strongman competitions as well as competing in beard and mustache competitions.

Benjamin Alford

3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

CREDENTIALS: B.S. in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte, Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) and Functional Movement Screened Certified (FMS)

 

Born and raised in Mooresville, Benjamin is committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. With a strong academic foundation in Exercise Science and advanced certifications in corrective exercise and movement screening, he brings a science-backed, client-centered approach to every session.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, optimizing athletic performance, or simply aiming to feel better day to day, Benjamin creates customized, sustainable programs tailored to your unique goals and needs.

​

Outside the studio, Benjamin enjoys weightlifting, spending time with family and friends, experimenting in the kitchen, gaming, and constantly exploring new training methods to stay sharp and provide the best for his clients.​

Nick Smith

3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE             

CREDENTIALS: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

 

Born and raised in Mooresville, Nick has a passion for fitness and helping others as a personal trainer. Always being outside growing up, he's got ten years of experience playing soccer both recreationally and at the college level. In his free time,

Nick likes to be outdoors hunting and fishing.
