What is Wisdom Movement Method Fitness?

Wisdom Movement Method Fitness is a personal training studio that focuses on movement, longevity, and strength for people of all fitness levels. Our method is designed to help you move better, feel better, and live better through customized training programs. We specialize in helping the 50+ population with body pain and weight gain transform their lives. We do that by realigning posture, restoring optimal joint range of motion, and strengthening the body with Wisdom Movement Method™ corrective and strength training exercises, emphasizing lower impact on your joints for a lifetime of health.

What types of training do you offer?

(1) One-on-One Personal Training- Customized workouts with expert guidance. (2) Tandem Training - Train with a friend/family at the same time while still getting personalized attention.

Do you offer trial sessions or consultations?

Yes! We offer a complimentary consultation where you can meet our trainers, discuss your goals, and experience our approach to our proven programs before committing.

Am I too out of shape to start personal training? What about injuries?

Absolutely not! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to regain strength, or starting your fitness journey from scratch, our trainers will tailor a program specifically for you.

How do I get started?

How much does personal training cost?

Your first session is FREE. It is a no-obligation professional consultation and training session to see if we’re a good fit. To continue with personal training to meet your health and fitness goals, our pricing varies depending on: (1) The type of training whether it is one-on-one or tandem training. (2) Session frequency (3) Package options- We offer flexible plans to fit different budgets. Contact us for a customized quote.

How many times a week should I train?

Most clients train 2-4 times per week, depending on their goals and availability. We’ll help you determine the best schedule based on your needs.

Can I share my training package with a friend or family member?

Yes! We offer partner training packages that allow you to train with a friend or family member.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session includes: (1) An intro to the studio and a discussion about your fitness history and goals. (2) A movement, posture and mobility assessment. (3) A personalized plan recommendation. This session is a professional and FUN time together to ensure we can create a program that’s safe and effective for you.
