what to expect

After submitting your FREE session reservation, our exercise therapist team will reach out to confirm the day and time of your appointment. Wisdom Movement Method Fitness is by appointment. Please allow up to 90 minutes for your professional consult and training session.
Wear comfortable exercise clothes and shoes. We provide bottled water and towel service.

Step 1
We review your health history and take you through a postural and joint range of motion analysis with photos.
Step 2
We take you through a mini-workout to assess strengths and limitations, body pains or injuries.
Step 3
We will discuss an action plan, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit.
If so, we'll schedule you to get started and begin program design.
